Dimmi is the AI-native operating system for global mobility. We started Dimmi because hiring and moving people across borders is far harder and more expensive than it should be. The rules are complex, they change often, and they sit across separate legal domains regulated at national, regional and bilateral level. The work of navigating mobility compliance has stayed manual for decades. By operating across everything a move needs — the law itself, eligibility, vendors, case handling, filing and ongoing compliance monitoring — we can offer a better experience: legal reasoning with every answer traceable to the provision it came from, a faster path from question to action, and one coordinated case instead of five vendors and an email thread.

Our scope is modular. You take the workstreams each move needs, and pay per case. Immigration, tax, social security and relocation services, in any combination — start with what you need today and add the rest as your workforce changes, without switching providers or stitching a solution together from three firms and a spreadsheet.

Our goal is to make global mobility computable. The legal regimes that decide who may work where were never designed to speak to each other, so we are building the infrastructure that makes them work as one.
