Services — Mobility compliance
Permits, coverage and tax, handled end to end.
Immigration, social security, postings, tax and travel thresholds for the same employee — assessed against the rules in force, filed on time and tracked on one case record.

Immigration & visas
Work and residence permits for employees and accompanying family. Everything handled securely end-to-end — from eligibility check to filing, follow-up and renewals.
Eligibility assessed against the rules in force before anything is filed. Scheme selection, document collection, application drafting, submission and authority follow-up. Renewals and status changes tracked from the same record. Right-to-work verification on request. Every application is a live case in Dimmi aOS, with status, documents and deadlines in one list.

Social security & certificates of coverage
Cross-border social security coordination so each employee stays covered in the right system, in the right country, at the right time.
Coverage position determined per employee and per country before work begins. A1 portable documents across the EU and EEA; certificates of coverage under bilateral and totalisation agreements beyond it. Applications prepared, filed and tracked, with day counters, validity dates and renewal reminders on the same case record as the permit.

Posted workers & notifications
Posting notifications filed and tracked across the EU, wherever a posting creates a duty to register.
Each posting assessed for notification duty before travel, in the country the work actually happens in. Filings made in the relevant national register — RUT in Denmark, and its equivalents elsewhere in the EU — with proof of submission and validity windows held on the case. Equal-pay and transparency obligations under the Posted Workers Directive covered alongside. Renewal reminders before a posting lapses.

Employee tax
The employee's Danish tax position — settled before they arrive, monitored while they are here, closed properly when they leave.
Tax liability and treaty residence established before arrival, so the position is decided rather than assumed. Registration, preliminary assessment and tax card. The researcher taxation scheme assessed while there is still time to apply for it, then monitored across the employment. Arrival and departure briefings. On departure, the Danish position closed properly — exit taxation, retained assets and continuing obligations dealt with rather than left open.

Business travel & remote work
Day thresholds tracked per employee and per country, with permit, posting and coverage triggers surfaced before a trip crosses one.
Travel and remote-working days counted per employee and per country. Permit, posting, social security and withholding triggers surfaced before a threshold is crossed rather than after. Policy guardrails for remote and cross-border working, grounded in the rules that actually apply to each location.
Compliance is only half the move.
The person still has to arrive, and you still have to see everything across your workforce.
