Founding Engineer

We are building an agentic operating system for global mobility. It enables companies to move employees across borders without the manual casework that is done today at consultancies and law firms, and it gives them full insight into their international workforce: every case, deadline, and compliance obligation in one place. The system reads documents, drafts and validates applications, analyses requirements, and maintains a legal knowledge library, with human review before anything is submitted. You will work with and report directly to our co-founder and CTO.
What you will do
- Design and build core product: case management, document automation, and the agentic pipeline behind them.
- Work across the stack: backend services, LLM orchestration, and integrations with HR systems and public authorities.
- Build for a compliance-heavy environment where auditability, data protection, and reliability are core requirements.
- Take part in engineering, tooling, and architecture decisions from an early stage.
What you bring
- Strong full-stack engineering skills and experience shipping production software.
- Hands-on experience with agentic systems, including orchestration and evaluation, or the ability to learn quickly.
- High standards for correctness. Our users depend on accurate output.
